Welcome to my blog! My name is Shawn Smallwood, and I’ll be exploring various business-related topics and sharing my personal work. Recently, I completed my master’s degree studying innovative leadership and entrepreneurship at Western Carolina University, where I also earned two bachelor’s degrees, one in management and one in innovative leadership and entrepreneurship. I’ve found myself working in community and economic development and have had many different careers, including serving as a soldier in the Army, a Pastry Chef, and a small-business owner.
